What this usually involves
We publish four investment ranges and our minimum of $60,000, along with what each range typically includes and who we are honestly not the right firm for. Your own number comes from the Fixed-Price Proposal in phase four, once the drawings exist.

Questions about home offices
How long does a home office take?
Design is typically four to six weeks and construction six to ten weeks, with the millwork lead time usually setting the end date. If a wall is moving to make the room, add the structural review to the design side.
What investment range does a home office usually land in?
On its own it is the shape of our first band; as part of a larger reconfiguration it disappears into the project's number. The four ranges are on The Right Fit.
Can you make a room genuinely quiet?
Meaningfully quieter, yes — and we will be specific about what that means rather than promising silence. The framing, the insulation, the door and the ceiling all matter, and the door matters most. A solid-core door and a proper seal do more than an extra layer of drywall.
What does the five-year workmanship warranty cover?
Our workmanship for five years from substantial completion, including the millwork installation. The manufactured components carry their own warranties. Full terms are in your contract.
