Privacy Policy

This policy covers Thackston Design + Build and the website at thackstondesignbuild.com. It explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you fill in the form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, what you selected, your town, anything you write in the notes, and any photos you attach.

Basic analytics. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. That data is aggregated and does not include your name, phone number or email address — the site sends only an allowlist of non-identifying fields. Google sets its own cookies for this; see Google’s privacy policy.

What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. The form does not store anything in a database — it sends two emails through SendGrid, one to the studio and one confirming to you, and the studio’s copy then lives in our email like any other message. We keep it while the project is live and for a reasonable period afterward, and we delete it when you ask.

What we do not do

• No accounts, no passwords.
• No payments taken on this site.
• No advertising or retargeting pixels.
• No selling or sharing of your details with anyone else.

Getting in touch

Email [email protected] or call (770) 555-0194 with any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete what you have sent. We will delete it and confirm by reply. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect a project that is already under way.
